Caly was very insightful. Any questions we had were answered right away. Thank you for making our first home inspection a great experience.

Clay did a wonderful job on a recent home inspections. He showed up early and took his time looking at the property. His report was done within the same day. His report is clear and easy to read, he answers any questions you may have. I was on site during his inspection and he didn’t mind stopping and explaining things to me that I saw. Overall I would recommend him to anyone needing a through inspection.

Exceptional service, don’t even consider using anyone else for your home inspection needs! Clay went above and beyond from the start and throughout the entire process. As a first-time homebuyer, Clay was there at every step, answering questions, addressing concerns, and sharing information. He is extremely trustworthy and honest, and the inspection was extremely thorough. 100% recommend!

Clay at Bedrock Property Inspections did an incredible job! We were able to schedule an inspection super fast and he did a fantastic job, explaining things on-site and after the report was sent over. He also was able to provide a thorough, detail-oriented report very fast, faster than any other inspector that I have known/heard of. Highly recommend!!
